Soccer Recap: Oak Ridge Takes a Loss

Oak Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Jesuit Marauders. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Brayden Andreini Dishart, who's now up to two this season.

Oak Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8-4. As for Jesuit, their win bumped their record up to 4-5-8.

Coming up, Oak Ridge will head out to take on Folsom at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Oak Ridge is facing Folsom at the right time seeing as Folsom is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Jesuit, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Davis Sr. at 5:30 p.m. Jesuit's last six matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
