Softball Recap: Rialto Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Rialto's offense. They lost 14-0 to the Colton Yellowjackets on Friday. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Yellowjackets recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Rialto saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Desiree Saldate, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.

Rialto's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Colton, their win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rialto will take on Woodcrest Christian at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Colton, they will square off against Eisenhower at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
