Volleyball Recap: Racine Case Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Racine Case came into Wednesday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Their offense was headlined by Grace Johansen and Carly Laplante, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Mackenzie Ortiz and her ten assists. Elise Webster controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Racine Case's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Whitefish Bay, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Racine Case wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Kettle Moraine on the 29th.
