Baseball Recap: Octorara Area Comes Up Short

Octorara Area lost against Manheim Central back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Braves came up short against the Barons, falling 8-1. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Octorara Area saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aidan Marsh, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Octorara Area's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Manheim Central, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Octorara Area will challenge Garden Spot at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Manheim Central, they will welcome Warwick at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
