Baseball Recap: Union Takes a Loss

Union lost against Wapsie Valley on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Knights lost 8-2 to the Warriors. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Union's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Wapsie Valley, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Union didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 11-1 victory against Hudson on the 10th. As for Wapsie Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oelwein at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
