It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Zeeland West had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the St. Joseph Bears 48-24. The Dux might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 24 points or more this season.

Brandon Holman went supernova, rushing for 89 yards and one TD.

The win made it two in a row for Zeeland West and bumps their season record up to 8-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.0 points over those games. As for St. Joseph, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Coming up, Zeeland West will square off against Lowell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Joseph does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
