Volleyball Recap: Vacaville Takes a Loss

Vacaville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Folsom. Vacaville was not able to make up for their defeat to Folsom from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

While Vacaville ultimately came up short, they really made Folsom work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 27-25, 23-25, 25-20.

Vacaville's loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Vacaville will square off against Oak Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Folsom, they will head out to challenge Marin Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
