Soccer Game Preview: Hertford County vs. Pasquotank County

Hertford County is 0-10 against Pasquotank County since March of 2017 but things could change on Wednesday. The Bears will face off against the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Hertford County is headed into Wednesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game on Friday. They came up short against Holmes, falling 9-0.

Meanwhile, Pasquotank County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to Camden County. That's two games in a row now that Pasquotank County have lost by exactly nine goals.

Hertford County's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Pasquotank County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Hertford County might still be hurting after the 7-1 loss they got from Pasquotank County in their previous matchup back in April of 2023. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Bears were down 5-0.
