Soccer Recap: Tupelo Plays Ranked Contest

On Saturday, Tupelo faced Brandon in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Golden Wave's first draw of the season.

Tupelo's draw makes their record 14-3-1 this season. Meanwhile, Brandon's record is now 17-1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tupelo will host Pontotoc at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brandon, they will be playing at home against Oak Grove at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
