Christ Presbyterian Academy waltzed into their match on Thursday with 12 straight wins... but they left with 13. Everything went their way against the Brentwood Academy Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Lions have posted against the Eagles since August 27, 2020.

Christ Presbyterian Academy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-21, 25-11.

Leading Christ Presbyterian Academy to victory were Katie Page Gregory and Mally Morrell. Gregory had ten digs, while Morrell had 17 digs and five assists. Those ten digs gave Gregory a new career-high.

Christ Presbyterian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Brentwood Academy, their defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 16-7.
