            Basketball Recap: Upper Arlington Golden Bears vs. Pickerington North Panthers        
        
		
        
        
            Upper Arlington's game  on Tuesday was all tied up 25-25 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell  58-47 to the Pickerington North Panthers. The  loss   continues a  trend for the Golden Bears in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now lost six in a row.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pickerington North to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Jr Bates, who  went 7-for-11  on his way to 18  points along with seven  boards and three  steals. That's the most  rebounds  Bates has posted since back in December of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of  Arness Lawson, who  went 6-for-14  en route to 19 points in addition to seven  boards and three  steals.
Upper Arlington's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Pickerington North, the  victory was  the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-3.
 Upper Arlington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  a  57-54  win against Dublin Coffman on the 14th. As for Pickerington North, they also  didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  58-23  victory against New Albany on the 14th.
