Post Falls has gone 7-1 against Sandpoint recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Post Falls Trojans are taking a road trip to challenge the Sandpoint Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Post Falls is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Idaho's top teams: Lakeside, who was ranked ninth at the time (Post Falls was ranked 19th). Post Falls had to suffer through a 84-42 loss at the hands of Lakeside. The matchup marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Sandpoint was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 49-43 heartbreaker at the hands of West Valley.

Sandpoint's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Post Falls, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record.

Everything came up roses for Post Falls against Sandpoint in their previous meeting back in February, as the squad secured a 70-43 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Post Falls since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
