Basketball Recap: Marie Philip Comes Up Short

Marie Philip was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 24-14 to the Woodward Wildcats. The contest marked the Galloping Ghosts' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Despite the loss, Marie Philip saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kai Gabriel dropped a double-double with ten points and 11 boards. Gabriel also set a new season-high mark in blocks with three.
