Softball Recap: Quitman Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Quitman's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Northeast Lauderdale Trojans on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Quitman's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Northeast Lauderdale, their win bumped their record up to 8-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Quitman will welcome Northeast Lauderdale at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Northeast Lauderdale, they will be taking part in a tournament against Sebastopol at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Sebastopol's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last five matches.
