Baseball Recap: Norwayne Takes a Loss

Norwayne made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Rittman, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bobcats fell just short of the Indians by a score of 5-3 on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Bobcats have suffered since April 2nd.

Norwayne's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Rittman, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season.

Norwayne will head out to face off against McKinley at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rittman, they will be playing at home against Open Door Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
