Maryland School for the Deaf won against Model Secondary School for the Deaf last Friday with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Orioles didn't even let the Girard College Cavaliers on the board, marking the Orioles' second-straight 56-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Orioles, who have now won four matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Maryland School for the Deaf's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB seven times. In that department, Aarjay Berry was the leader with two sacks. Julio Cuadrado III got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Maryland School for the Deaf pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 2.0 points on average over those games. As for Girard College, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Coming up, Maryland School for the Deaf will welcome Model Secondary School for the Deaf at 5:00 p.m. on the 27th. The game will give the Orioles their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Girard College, they will head out to face off against Delaware County Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
