Baseball Recap: Glassboro Takes a Loss

Glassboro and Woodstown pushed the score to 15-5 the last time they played Woodstown, but on Wednesday defenses reigned supreme. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 2-1. The Bulldogs' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Glassboro's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Woodstown, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-8.

Glassboro wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 7-2 victory against Gloucester County Tech on the 15th. As for Woodstown, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-4 loss against Delran on the 17th.
