Basketball Recap: Wellspring Prep Takes a Loss

Wellspring Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a blow against the Tri-Unity Christian Defenders, falling 61-10. Wellspring Prep was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-4.

Wellspring Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Tri-Unity Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wellspring Prep will welcome Lee at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tri-Unity Christian, they will take on Belding at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
