 The Pahranagat Valley Panthers will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against the Moapa Valley Pirates at 3:30  p.m. Pahranagat Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 13.8  runs per game  this season.
 Pahranagat Valley stacked  an  11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Mountain View Christian  an   11-0 shutout.
  Cami Cannon was  incredible,  going 3-for-3 with three  RBI, a  triple,  and a  stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of  Melissa Marshall, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 Meanwhile,  after a string of five wins, Moapa Valley's good fortune finally ran out  on Tuesday. Their  rough  17-8 defeat to Virgin Valley  might stick with them for a while. The  loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Moapa Valley in their matchups with Virgin Valley: they've now lost eight in a row.
  Emmy Cornwall was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 2-for-4 with a  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Kyndall Longman, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Pahranagat Valley has  been performing  well recently as they've  won nine of their last 11 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record  this season. As for Moapa Valley, their defeat  ended  a  seven-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 18-9.
