Delta entered their tilt with Rushville on Tuesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went their way against the Rushville Lions as they made off with a 53-29 victory. The game marked the Eagles' most dominant win of the season.

Delta's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jackson Peters led the charge by putting up 13 points. What's more, Peters also posted a 75% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024. Bronson Edwards was another key player, earning ten points.

Delta was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Rushville only seven assists.

Rushville lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Zy Adams, who posted seven points. Gavin Owen also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.
