Rockwood Summit typically has all the answers at home, but  on Monday Lindbergh proved too difficult a challenge. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  3-2  victory over the Falcons. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Flyers also won the last time the pair played  back in October of 2024.
 Lindbergh took Rockwood Summit into a fifth set  where they got it done with a three-point win. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-20, 19-25, 25-23,  15-12.
 Lindbergh found their leader in freshman  Julie Jenkerson, who  had 18  digs.
Lindbergh's win  ended  a  three-match drought on the road  and  puts them at 13-14-1. As for Rockwood Summit, they moved to 27-9-1 with that  defeat, which also ended their nine-match winning streak.
 Coming up, Lindbergh will square off against Farmington at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Rockwood Summit, they will venture away from home to  face off against Confluence Prep Academy  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
