Calhoun took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They put the hurt on the Creekview Grizzlies with a sharp 28-3 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Yellow Jackets, who have now won 12 games in a row dating back to last season.

Calhoun found their leader in sophomore Isiah Nalls, who rushed for 116 yards and two TDs on only eight carries. Justin Beasley was another key player, picking up 101 receiving yards and one score.
