Cimarron hasn't had much luck against Grady recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Rams will be playing at home against the Bronchos at 2:00 p.m. Cimarron is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4 runs per game this season.

Cimarron fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Logan on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Longhorns.

Cimarron saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Urijah Martinez, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Grady's offense. They came up short against Magdalena on Monday, falling 12-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Bronchos were not able to get on the board.

Cimarron's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Grady, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.

Cimarron might still be hurting after the 21-3 defeat they got from Grady when the teams last played back in April of 2025. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
