Faith Christian dropped down to 6-6 on Saturday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Glencoe Yellowjackets by a score of 2-1. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Yellowjackets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

Annie Ricard paced Faith Christian's offense, picking up 12 kills. Ricard got some help from Kaylee Norton and her 15 assists. Kayson Cronan controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

As for Glencoe, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since August 26th.

Among those leading the charge was Gracyn Bunt, who had 19 digs and two assists. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Faith Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Saks on the 13th. As for Glencoe, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Munford on the 13th.
