Dimond is 9-1 against Bartlett since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Lynx will challenge the Golden Bears at 5:30 p.m. Dimond is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Dimond is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alaska's top teams: Chugiak, who was ranked seventh at the time (Dimond was ranked first). The Lynx were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Mustangs on Tuesday. Considering Dimond have won three contests by more than three goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Chugiak with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Luke MacKay, Nasir Poshka, Deakin Hutchings, and Jared Mateaki.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bartlett). They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Redington on Tuesday. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Bartlett were the better team in the second half.

Dimond's record now sits at 7-0-1. As for Bartlett, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-8.

Everything went Dimond's way against Bartlett in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, as Dimond made off with a 9-0 victory. Will the Lynx repeat their success, or do the Golden Bears have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
