Beloit Memorial lost to Elkhorn back in April of 2025, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Knights came out on top against the Elks by a score of 7-4. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Beloit Memorial secured the victory behind a pair of hitters. One of them was Michael Nora, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI. Marcus Allen also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Beloit Memorial's record now sits at 4-7. As for Elkhorn, they moved to 6-4 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Coming up, Beloit Memorial will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Janesville Parker at 5:00 p.m. Elkhorn will be paying especially close attention to the Knights' contest: after the Knights face off against the Vikings, they'll take on Elkhorn again at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
