Paulding County and North Cobb are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2015, but not for long. The Patriots will head out to take on the Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Tuesday, Paulding County came up short against East Paulding and fell 63-54.

Meanwhile, North Cobb unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 42-41 to Harrison. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Paulding County beat North Cobb 57-44 when the teams last played back in November of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Patriots since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
