O'Connor waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Taft Raiders. That's two games straight that the Panthers have won by just one run.

O'Connor got a great performance from Myles DeLaVega as he didn't allow a single earned run over 5.1 innings pitched. DeLaVega has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, O'Connor saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Marcus Morales, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

O'Connor's record now sits at 10-14-3. As for Taft, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-14 record this season.
