Soccer Recap: Lyons' Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Lyons brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They never let the Bolingbrook Raiders get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory on Saturday. Given Lyons' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 104th, while Bolingbrook are ranked 227th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lyons' offense was hitting Bolingbrook from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Aofie Griffin led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.
