South Lewis lost a heartbreaker the last time they played West Canada Valley, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's match. The Falcons blew past the Nighthawks 11-2 on Monday. The win was nothing new for the Falcons as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Case Allen made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs.

In other batting news, Shaun McManus was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Max Sampson was another key player, earning four runs and one stolen base.

South Lewis always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .541. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

South Lewis pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for West Canada Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.
