It was a good run, but Buckingham unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 5-1 to the Amherst County Lancers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lancers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-2 two weeks ago.

Buckingham's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Amherst County, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Buckingham will challenge Randolph-Henry at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Amherst County, they will take on Brookville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
