Aucilla Christian is a perfect 4-0 against Rickards since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Aucilla Christian will host Rickards at 4:30 p.m.

Monday just wasn't the day for Aucilla Christian's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lafayette on Monday. Having soared to a lofty 21 runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rickards). They blew past Jefferson County 21-2 on Thursday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Raiders needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Sheyenne Holmes made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched two innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in strikeouts (five). She was even better at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with six RBI, two stolen bases, and two runs.

In other batting news, Arriana Wilson was a standout: she scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Alivia Scott, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

Rickards always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .821. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Aucilla Christian now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Rickards, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-5.

Everything went Aucilla Christian's way against Rickards in their previous meeting on March 6th, as Aucilla Christian made off with a 21-5 victory. Does Aucilla Christian have another victory up their sleeve, or will Rickards turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
