Basketball Recap: Sacred Heart Comes Up Short

Sacred Heart lost against Danville last Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Sacred Heart Rebels fell 46-33 to the Danville Little Johns. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sacred Heart now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Danville, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Sacred Heart has already played their next match, a 60-36 loss against Hector on the 13th. As for Danville, they will welcome Dardanelle at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Dardanelle knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Danville likes a good challenge.
