Volleyball Recap: Smith Jewish Day School Comes Up Short

The Smith Jewish Day School Lions lost 3-0 to the Washington International Red Devils on Tuesday.

Smith Jewish Day School was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-17, 25-19.

Smith Jewish Day School's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Smith Jewish Day School will square off against Model Secondary School for the Deaf at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Washington International will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Berman Hebrew Academy at 5:00 p.m. on April 8th.
