Basketball Game Preview: South Webster Jeeps vs. Eastern Warriors

The South Webster Jeeps will take on the Eastern Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Saturday, South Webster ended up a good deal behind Fairland and lost 65-49.

Meanwhile, Eastern had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.3 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 67-45 margin over the Mustangs. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Eastern pushed their record up to 16-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.6 points over those games. As for South Webster, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-2.
