Basketball Recap: Joseph Bradley's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Cincinnati Trailblazers Homeschool over Cincinnati College Prep Academy

If Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool was riding high fresh off their 57-33 takedown of School for Creative Performing Arts last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool Trailblazers fell to the Cincinnati College Prep Academy Lions 53-48. The Trailblazers have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Several Trailblazers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Joseph Bradley, who went 5 for 9 on his way to 14 points in addition to seven boards and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Stillwagon, who posted seven points.

Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Cincinnati College Prep Academy, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool will venture away from home to face off against Columbus HomeSchool at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cincinnati College Prep Academy, they will square off against Spencer Center at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
