Softball Recap: Norton Science & Language Academy Takes a Loss

Norton Science & Language Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Cornerstone Christian Crusaders, falling 16-4.

Norton Science & Language Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Starr Hernandez, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Norton Science & Language Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Cornerstone Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Norton Science & Language Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Packinghouse Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on April 11. As for Cornerstone Christian, they will head out on the road to challenge Southlands Christian at 2:30 p.m. on Monday.
