Baseball Recap: St. Joseph's Winning Streak Snapped at Four Games

It was a good run, but St. Joseph unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 7-4 to the Saint Mary's Hall Barons. The Flyers were not able to make up for their loss to the Barons from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

St. Joseph's defeat dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Saint Mary's Hall, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Joseph will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on San Antonio Christian at 5:00 p.m. on March 27th. As for Saint Mary's Hall, they will host St. Augustine at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
