Apple Valley kept a clean sheet against University Prep on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Jaguars 1-0. For Apple Valley, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory University Prep walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2021.

Apple Valley's one-goal win came courtesy of David Esparza, who's now up to three this season.
