Soccer Recap: Harding Academy Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Harding Academy was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Madison Academy Mustangs finished up their match with a 1-1 draw on Saturday. The game got a bit rough at times, as the refs handed out a total of five yellow cards before it was all over.

Harding Academy's goal came courtesy of Case Nowlin, which was the first he's scored this season.

Harding Academy's draw gives them a new season record of 2-6-1. Meanwhile, Madison Academy's record is now 10-3-1.

Harding Academy has already played their next contest, a 5-2 loss against Muskogee on the 5th. As for Madison Academy, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Clements at 7:00 p.m.
