Baseball Recap: Kickapoo Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Kickapoo's offense. They lost 16-0 to the Seneca Indians on Monday. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Indians from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Kickapoo's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Seneca, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Kickapoo will face off against rival Weston at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Seneca is set to square off against their familiar foe De Soto at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Indians 1, the Pirates 2.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.
