Soccer Game Preview: Mill Creek vs. Dacula

It'll be a Battle of the Birds when Mill Creek challenge Dacula at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Mill Creek is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering North Gwinnett just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 5-0. The loss was the Hawks' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Dacula fell victim to Mountain View and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bears. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Bears recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Dacula's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Mill Creek, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Mill Creek took their victory against Dacula in their previous matchup back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 7-0. Does Mill Creek have another victory up their sleeve, or will Dacula turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
