After a string of three wins, Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell 3-1 to the Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners. The Falcons were not able to make up for their defeat to the Roadrunners from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-12, 25-18, 25-16.

Stella Gabler paced Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas' offense, picking up 11 kills. Gabler got some help from Analeigh Na and her 16 assists. Na was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
