Basketball Recap: Round Rock Westwood Wins Going Away Against Mcneil

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Vista Ridge, Round Rock Westwood was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 45-31 victory over the McNeil Mavericks. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 42-36 back in November of 2024.

Round Rock Westwood's win bumped their record up to 6-17. As for McNeil, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-18.

Round Rock Westwood will head out to face off against Cedar Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cedar Ridge will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Round Rock Westwood surely won't give up without a fight. As for McNeil, they will square off against Round Rock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
