Basketball Game Preview: Pontiac Phoenix vs. Churchill Chargers

The Pontiac Phoenix will head out on the road to take on the Churchill Chargers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with five losses in a row dating back to last season, Pontiac turned things around against Oakside Prep Academy on Tuesday. They blew past Oakside Prep Academy, posting a 62-23 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Phoenix have posted since January 24th.

Meanwhile, Churchill put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 47-46 win over Divine Child.

Churchill's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Pontiac, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
