The North Caddo Titans pushed their score all the way to 38 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. The match between North Caddo and Loyola College Prep wasn't particularly close, with North Caddo falling 57-38. North Caddo has struggled against Loyola College Prep recently, as their contest on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, North Caddo still got an impressive performance from Mason Jackson, who rushed for 221 yards while picking up 11.1 yards per carry, and also threw for 114 yards and a touchdown while completing 77.3% of his passes.
North Caddo has not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Loyola College Prep, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-4.
North Caddo will be playing at home against D'Arbonne Woods at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. D'Arbonne Woods presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than North Caddo in Louisiana (D'Arbonne Woods is ranked 116th, while North Caddo is ranked 239th). As for Loyola College Prep, they will head out on the road to face off against Calvary Baptist Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Calvary Baptist Academy is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
