Park extended their losing streak to four on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 1-4 in the process. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost an 11-9 heartbreaker at the hands of the Woodbury Royals. On the bright side, the nine- run performance marked the Wolfpack's highest-scoring game to date.

As for Woodbury, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-3 record. Their offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last three games.

For Woodbury's part, the team relied heavily on Tommy Dittrich, who went 2-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base. Those runs marked the first that Dittrich has scored this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Elliott Kiel, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
