Tatum proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by nine) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the West Rusk Raiders, sneaking past 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted against the Raiders since April 14, 2023.
Logen Tovar tossed a big game, pitching six innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits.
