Preview: Kindred Vikings vs. Turtle Mountain Braves
The Kindred Vikings will be playing in front of their home fans against the Turtle Mountain Braves at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Turtle Mountain took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Kindred, who comes in off a win.
Kindred can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent game on Thursday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 67-36 win over Lisbon. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 43-16.
Meanwhile, Turtle Mountain's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Thursday after their third straight loss. They were beaten by Devils Lake 72-42. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Turtle Mountain has scored all season.
Kindred has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Turtle Mountain, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
