Recap: Wilcox Tech/Kaynor RVT vs. Bullard-Havens RVT/Kolbe-Cathedral Tigers
The Wilcox Tech/Kaynor RVT 's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell 18-10 to Bullard-Havens RVT/Kolbe-Cathedral. Wilcox Tech/Kaynor RVT lost against Bullard-Havens RVT/Kolbe-Cathedral in their previous head to head back in November of 2021, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 40-18 score last time.
Logan Stone rushed for 26 yards and a touchdown. Alex Lowery was his top target, picking up 33 receiving yards.
David Belle was his usual excellent self, rushing for 202 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Belle hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for five straight games. Stanley St. Victor, Jr. also helped out with an impressive 103 receiving yards.
Wilcox Tech/Kaynor RVT now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Bullard-Havens RVT/Kolbe-Cathedral, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wilcox Tech/Kaynor RVT will challenge Platt RVT at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Platt RVT has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 182 points over their last three matches. As for Bullard-Havens RVT/Kolbe-Cathedral, they will head out on the road to face off against Prince RVT at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
